Growing number of newly opened branches and with that related increase of number of existing ERP system end-users, the necessity to build-up the new Logistic Centre and needed change in Branches Supply process - all that concluded to fundamental decision.

The management of Richter + Frenzel , one of the top wholesalers of sanity equipment, plumbing and heating hardware and other goods for civil engineering works in Germany and Czech Republic, decided to switch-over to a new ERP system and  so make its further planned expansion safe.  

 

The existing system SCALA has been relaced by SAP ERP ECC 6.0 IS-RETAIL in order to ensure the new system-driven changes in the Warehouse Management, to support the changes in Branches Supply from the Central Warehouse and Distribution Centres and to improve Procurement Process , to optimize stock  and make the Sales Cycle more flexible.

 

Due to its experiences with SCALA/SAP migration the company Greensoft s.r.o. has been choosen to take over the project of implementation and subsequent support of the system. New productive system supporting now 270 end-users in 21 branches across the country was set up and running by the April 1st, 2008.
