Successful completion of the implementation of SAP ERP ECC 6.0 at FARMTEC a.s.

 

Company FARMTEC, a.s. decided in the end of 2009 to use the invitation to submit a project under the Operational Programme "Entrepreneurship and Innovation, prepared by the European Regional Development Fund, which aims to promote the competitiveness of small and medium-sized businesses through greater utilization of their potential in the acquisition and wider use  of information systems. Approved project helped in partially financing of the acquisition and implementation of ERP system. Within the tender for the supply and implementation of ERP system was chosen company Greensoft s.r.o. with its comprehensive offer of SAP ERP ECC 6.0, its implementation and subsequent support.

Within the implementation process the issues of development, production and installation of plant control systems for agricultural organization, subcontracting in cutting, forming and machining of materials, general supplies of biogas stations including service support, design and engineering activities (processing of proposals for agricultural buildings, Project Execution documentation for zoning and building permits, our realization of the projected construction by general supplies "turnkey," including final approval and execution activities associated with construction and also with issues of  impact on the environment according to the authorization issued by the Ministry of the Environment (EIA) have been addressed.
It is obvious that during the implementation great emphasis was put on on setting and using the module "Project management / procurement" (PS), and in view of its own production of many elements of technological units also on "Production Management" (PP) module.
The system was put into productive operation in January 2011.
