SHOWA Aluminium Czech s.r.o.

The significant supplier to the automotive industry, Showa Aluminium Czech, decided to consolidate a number of independently operating systems -SCALA Financials/Accounting, systems for Procuremet and Manufacturing support, outsourced system for EDI support  - and to  implement such SAP solution that integrates Financials, Logistics and Manufacturing into one system with functionality  that enables implementation of Warehouse Management with Bin and Batches control, Procurement Management, Production Planning and Quality Management.

 

This is already the second SCALA - SAP migration under Greensoft project management.  Due to migration tools that Greensoft developed and experience the whole process of swith-over to new system is more effective.

 

Project implementation was successfully completed and the system has been taken over on 1 October 2008 to productive use. During the implementation the project was expanded to include a module "Quality Management "to ensure quality control of input material in production.
 
Currently started a new project to use bar code technology in the input warehouse of Showa Aluminum Czech s.r.o.
